The flat is literally huge with open views from every room. Kitchen diner, very spacious living room, three toilets, open fire for winter large garden for summer and the huge park Leith links right there on the doorstep. We have free on-street parking outside front door. Easy bus route to city centre. Wireless Internet

The room available is a good sized double south facing sunny room.. £790 per month including council tax, internet and gas electric. We also pay for the communal areas to be cleaned once per month by a professional cleaner which costs an additional £14 each per month.

You will be sharing with professionals - Alice, Sonia, and Tam. Were a friendly bunch who enjoy sharing a beer once and a while and discussing life and the meaning of it all! We sometimes cook and eat together or host a dinner party when we’re feeling sociable. In the living room we have a piano which sounds great. Tam is a musician who plays various instruments. If your feeling less sociable which we all do from time to time then all the bedrooms are a good size so It’s easy to find some space if you just want to be on your own. We like a tidy flat, not obsessive but pretty darn tidy most of the time.
