The flat is on the third floor of a tenement building and is up 64 steps (no lift). The shower is over a bath tub and has a grab rail.

The flat is located close to Leith walk and Easter Road and has great public transport links and local amenities. It has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area, good storage space and a box room with a loft bed ideal for occasional overnight guests. The flat has gas central heating, a gas/mains shower, a dishwasher, newly fitted electric hob and access to a communal garden.

I'm Michelle, a 35 y/o autistic woman, and I am currently adjusting to recently becoming disabled/chronically ill. I'm home a lot at the moment and also use some aids around the house (shower stool & kitchen stool). I like to keep a clean and tidy home which I have been able to stay on top of as I get some help with cleaning and my outgoing flatmate has been flexible with how we divide tasks. I'm 420 friendly and sex positive and looking for the same! I'm looking for a flatmate who is considerate and comfortable with clear, direct and respectful communication.

I also have a 10 y/o greyhound named Betty who is pretty well behaved, sweet and affectionate, if a little cheeky and stubborn at times. She lives here part time, approximately every other week. I do not expect a flatmate to help look after her, although it would be great to find someone who wouldn't mind helping out a little every now and then in a pinch (like if the dog walker has to cancel short notice).
