The flat is a warm, comfortable and genuinely homely place to live.
I'm looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. The flat is well lived-in and cared for, with a cosy, welcoming feel that makes it easy to settle into and feel at home.
The location is fantastic, with cafés, restaurants and local shops all within easy reach, and the tram right nearby, making getting around Edinburgh incredibly convenient.
A great opportunity for someone looking for a comfortable home in a vibrant part of Leith, with a lovely atmosphere.
