Short term rent- Stay at our flat over Xmas

Hey there!
We are looking for someone who can stay at our flat between the 16th of December and the 8th of January (dates are flexible and we are also happy to accept someone for shorter periods) and enjoy Edinburgh over the Christmas holidays.

As we ask you to take care of our lovely cat, Bagheera (in the picture) who unfortunately cannot travel with us, the rent is much cheaper that what we would normally charge and includes heating, wifi, and all bills.

We are based in Leith, a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafés, art exhibitions, parks and pubs and close to the sea. The flat is located 5 mins away from the tram stop and with plenty of buses connecting you to the city centre, so it is an ideal location to explore the city over Christmas without being overwhelmed by tourists.

The property is a lovely two bedrooms located on a very quiet street. Main bedroom with king-size bed (and brand new mattress), one bathroom, a living room, fully furnished kitchen with everything you need for your stay and a smaller bedroom. The small bedroom is currently used as a playroom for our daughter, but there is a play sofa that can be used as a mattress for a kid for a temporary stay.

Bagheera is a lovely, cute and super quiet cat that needs someone to take him a bit of company, give him food and clean his litter while we are away. We also have a lovely pet sitter who can come and check on him if you are not planning to be in for some days, so that can be arranged.

We are very flexible and happy to accommodate requests for shorter stays (and of course agree on a different price accordingly).
