Comfortable double bedroom in Leith, Edinburgh

A cozy double bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment within a converted historic house. The bedroom contains an extremely comfortable bed , a wardrobe and a dresser to help you make this your home while you are staying with me. The apartment itself has a shared bathroom, a good-sized kitchen with many utensils and gadgets, and a comfortable living room. There are several food shops in walking proximity to the apartment, as well as several bus lines. There is a lot of free on street parking around.

Leith Links is a five minute walk and is great if you want to take a stroll or go for a run. There are also many independent cafes, bars and restaurants all within circa 20 min walking distance. Although relatively central with good transport to and from city centre, you feel like you are in a secluded village.

At times, there is a Doberman staying with me. She is an attention-seeking princess more so than a guard dog. If you leave your bedroom door open at night, you may find her cuddling beside you in the morning.

Worth nothing that I am a bit of a gadget geek and the house is relatively "smart" but I'll make sure you know all the commands, etc. to work things easily.

Ideally looking for a flatmate that is fairly independent, easy to get on with, clean, tidy and considerate.

Rent includes bills and bi-weekly cleaning.
