Lovely Homely Townhouse in Sunny Leith

Hi!

We have a double room available in our home. The room itself is lovely and bright with a bed, fitted wardrobe, table and lamp. We would respect your privacy and welcome you into our home.

It is a open and large living space and dining area. It has all modern appliances such as:- TV, CD player, digital radio, fridge freezer, washer machine with tumble dryer, hoover, iron, kettle, cooker with grill & oven and microwave are included.

The cost includes bedding, gas and electric bills, wifi and Netflix and cleaning as our cleaner comes in once a week.

It is a female we are preferably looking for who is clean, tidy and friendly though no party animals please :)

Our home is near the city centre and has great views onto Arthur Seat, free secure underground free parking, safe bike sheds, a garden and a bus service every 3 minutes to the centre including tram line, bus and train stations. It is also very close to Brittania, Ocean Terminal, Arthur Seat, Holyrood Palace and in the Leith are with lovely cafes, bistros etc right next to Leith water, Leith Library, gym and Leith Links (which has great tennis courts and great open space). There is also our great cycle path which runs along the water of leith with some gorgeous scenery. We are right next to all local amenities and easy for shopping from local fishmonger, butcher, Tesco etc.

Our interests include:-cinema, theatre, arts, cycling, walking, gardening, yoga and meditation, cooking & baking.
