The flat is in a traditional tenement in the heart of Leith with excellent bus services, close to a tram stop and is a 10 minute walk to Princes street. The double bedroom is fully furnished and the flat has a good sized lounge room, shower room and also a shared garden. It has a spacious separate kitchen with all the usual mod cons as I do like to cook and make a few cakes. The room has underbed storage, a large double IKEA wardrobe, large chest of drawers and bedside tables with storage. I currently work full time and I'm also studying for my Masters so I'm not looking for a hard core party animal, just someone who's relaxed and sociable. So I'm definitely after a full time working professional, aged 30-55 so I'm really sorry but I'm not looking for a student, couple or someone who works from home.
