As this is an all-girls flat, if you have a boyfriend, he won't stay over more than twice a week, and you'll always let your flatmates know in advance.

The available room is fairly small but has a double bed. There's also a wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving;

The flat has a total of 5 bedrooms (four other flatmates), all women, in their twenties and thirties;
It is on the top floor of a traditional tenement;
