Single room available in 2bed flat

Looking for a female flatmate who is ok with a cozy single room, enjoys a quiet house and can keep a clean kitchen & bathroom (to be shared).
Must also be OK with someone back home late some days of the week, and often sings and hums...I sing in a church band🙂

Short term stay, but can extend per circumstance.
Room would suit a young grad student, or someone visiting Edinburgh short term, or if you juggle two cities for work, looking for a temp accommodation.

Lovely cycle path and a beach behind flat for a lovely evening or weekend stroll.
