Practicalities

> Available from: 15th May 2026
> Minimum stay: 3 months
> Security deposit: £600 (one month's rent, returned in full on departure assuming no damage)
> First payment on move-in: £1,200 (security deposit + first month's rent)
> Rent: £600/month, all-inclusive (£750 in August — Edinburgh Festival month)
> Payment: Bank transfer, due 1st of each month

Parking

> Free, unrestricted on-street parking available directly outside. No permit required. Great if you drive to work or have a car you need to keep nearby.
