The flat has a warm, homely feel - perfect for unwinding after uni. It’s clean, comfortable, and a place where everyone respects each other’s space while still enjoying a friendly atmosphere.

👋 I’m 31, work full-time (usually 7 am–6 pm), and I’m often out and about, whether it’s working, catching up with friends, or keeping busy. The flat is usually nice and peaceful during the day, but I’m always happy to have a chat, share the occasional cuppa or glass of wine, or simply respect each other’s space.

🐾 Then there’s the real star of the flat - Roxy, my adorable 11½-year-old Pomeranian! She comes to work with me every day, so she’s hardly ever home alone. She’s incredibly friendly, loves saying hello, and is guaranteed to brighten your day.

I’m looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful, easy-going, and wants to be part of a home rather than just rent a room.
