My name is Diego and I am looking for a housemate to join me and my girlfriend Nina in a 3-bedroom house in Little France.

About the house:

- Fully furnished room and house.
- Nice location in a quiet secluded estate (nice woods nearby to go on walks).
- Spacious with shared living room, kitchen and a garden.
- Space for your car in the driveway (and space for your bike as well).
- 3 toilets and 2 showers (no morning queues).
- Extra storage available in the loft if you need it.
- Close to the Royal Infirmary and the BioQuarter, ideal if you work or study there.
- Open to short term lets, so this could be a good base for you while you find a permanent place.

About me and Nina:

- I am from Bolivia, work as a salesperson. I work remotely from home, or coffee/coworking spaces.
- Nina is a junior doctor, from Poland, and she works on irregular shifts.
- The atmosphere in the house is quite cosy (thanks to Nina and her candles and flowers).

Rent & Bills:

- £740 per month (£600 rent + £140 bills). Council tax Band E
