We have two double rooms becoming available in our huge flat overlooking the Meadows a short walk from the university and from Tollcross..

The flat is on two levels and has a total of eight bedrooms. All the rooms are large but are for single occupation only because of the HMO regs.
On the 1st floor there is a huge dining-kitchen with two sinks, two cookers, two washing machines, three fridge freezers, table & chairs, etc On the same floor there is an enormous lounge with views to the castle, a shower-room, toilet and four bedrooms.

On the 2nd floor there is another shower-room/toilet and a further four bedrooms.

We are a mixture of nationalities from around the world e. g. Portugal, France, Germany, Spain & England

We are looking for two people who want to stay LONG-TERM e. g. MORE than 6 months and are happy to help keep our flat CLEAN.
If you're happy to leave your dishes in the sink after cooking a meal please don't answer this ad - we don't want to live with you and please don't waste your time and ours by asking if you can stay short-term, or one semester, you can't, this is our home, it isn't a hostel.

No animals are allowed and NO SMOKERS please, that includes VAPERS!

The rent is £530pm, the C/T is £40pm. If you are a student you would still need to pay your share of the council tax because there is more than one working professional in the flat. That's the CT regulations.

The deposit is £570.
The bills are approx £15pw in winter and £8pw in summer.

We have a private landlord so there are no agents fees to pay. The landlord's registration Number is 07400/230/18580.
