Sunny Double Room in Beautiful flat in Marchmont

Large bright fully furnished double room in a first floor flat, with shared eat in kitchen and bathroom. The flat has been recently decorated to a high standard, and is spacious and quiet on the edge of the Meadows, just a short walk from the University and lots of great cafes and shops. It benefits from gas central heating, bath and shower, wifi, washing machine, shared back garden/drying green and on street parking.

You will be sharing with me, a textile designer/artist and Pilates instructor. I enjoy all things art and design related, yoga and walking, and relaxing watching films and reading. Whilst I respect personal space and quiet time, I enjoy catching up now and again over a meal and a glass of wine.

I'm looking for a friendly and relaxed flatmate, who enjoys living in a calm and tidy environment. You must also like cats, as very occasionally I have Theo to stay, whose interests are eating and sleeping, but mainly eating!

The rent is inclusive of council tax (Band E) all utility bills, wifi and cleaning. A deposit of £800 and references are required to secure the room.
