Rent is £2700 for the entire month. Shorter rentals may be considered (rate will vary dependent on length of stay).

Perfectly located right next to the Meadows. Well within walking distance of the city centre and most Fringe venues.
The room is ideal for anybody looking for a comfortable, quiet place to stay while visiting for the Fringe Festival. You'll be sharing the flat with myself - I will be out at work during the day Mon-Fri.
