Hello there!

We have a cosy single room available in our well-kept first-floor flat overlooking the beautiful Meadows.

The flat is currently home to two friendly, quiet professionals. We start work early and value a calm, respectful home environment.

We’re looking for a tidy, considerate professional who appreciates a clean and peaceful space, and will share a similar lifestyle.

Being an LGBT ally is important to us.

Vegetarian or flexitarian preferred (not a strict requirement).

(Sorry, no students due to council tax reasons.)

About the flat:
- Shared kitchen/living room
- Shared bathroom (toilet & shower)
- Washing machine (no dryer)
- WiFi

Please note: a café/bar has recently opened downstairs, which may generate some background noise.

Costs:
- Rent: £360 pcm
- Bills: Approx. £80 per month
- Council Tax: Approx. £45 per person per month
