Cosy double in big Marchmont flat

Hi all!

We are looking for a fourth person to join our big flat in the middle of Marchmont from late April onward.

You’ll be living with Madeleine (28), Johnny (27), and Becky (23). We’re quite a social flat, looking for someone who can add to our vibe and join in with our occasional flat dinners. Looking for someone who is super clean (there is a cleaning rota), relaxed, and considerate of others’ private spaces. We are a sporty flat (tennis/cycling/gym) and love wee trips to the pub, movie/game/wine and cheese nights, and anything outdoorsy!

The room is a cosy double bed fully furnished as is the rest of the place. The flat is in a great location—10-minute walk to the University of Edinburgh main campus, and right by the Meadows. Rent is £570 plus bills and council tax (Band E), which average £65/month. We are a non-smoking flat and LGBTQ+ friendly.
