we are Sophie (26, Year 6 of Medicine) + Georgia (27, Year 3 of PhD Precision Medicine) + Órla (26, new qualified primary school teacher)

we are 2 postgraduate students at UoE & 1 young professional looking for 2 new lovely flatmates to fill the rooms of our wonderful friends who are sadly leaving us in September 🥲

we are busy but very social gals, so we’re on the hunt for some cool, clean(!) flatmates, ideally between 24-30, who are down to hanggg 🌻🫧 (examples of this include, but are not limited to: the continuation of our long-standing weekly flat dinner club, an early evening movie night, and the occasional feral night out etc.)

🏰 3rd floor flat (penthouse suite) on a beautiful street in Marchmont - 15 minute walk to George Square with great bus connections

🛌 5 beds (2 available) - 1 large bedroom, 1 smaller room (priced accordingly)

🛁 1 bathroom with a toilet, shower & bath

🍽️ lovely kitchen with electric hob, dishwasher & washing machine

🛋️ gorgeous big living room with a dining table and a fat telly for all of your binge watching desires
