4 bedroom, first-floor flat in a quiet part of Marchmont. 2 bathrooms and a box room (used as a small living room) with a spacious kitchen. Shared back garden. Seeking 1 new flatmate to fill the smaller double bedroom (pictured) from January 2026.

Looking for young professionals or masters/phd students (but must be willing to contribute to council tax).

Rent is £660 plus bills/council tax (usually around £100, and a bit higher in the winter). Council Tax Band F

We like to keep a generally tidy flat, we enjoy occasional dinner parties and frequent movie nights in the box room.

I’m Niamh (25) from a small coastal town in Scotland. 3rd year neuroscience PhD student at University of Edinburgh. I love walking around Edinburgh, wild swimming and enjoying the lovely cafes around Marchmont and Bruntsfield.

I’m Grace (25), an architecture master’s student from Ireland studying at UoE. I’m a chill, friendly, creative person who’s always up for a social hang and love getting to know new people. I’m interested in all things movies, good food, art and general good craic.

I'm Hannah (24), from Germany. I am doing a Masters in Marketing here at the university. I love to read and browse all the little bookshops in Edinburgh and I'm always down for a trip to the cinema.
