Hey! A double room in our 3-person flat is going to be available from early October. The flat is near the Meadows (very central and walkable to almost anywhere). Here are some details -

- Furnished Double bedroom with desk and closet
- Shared Washroom
- Gas stove kitchen
- Washing machine (no dryer)
- 2 small storage closets
- 1 large storage room
- EPC rating D
- Bills (heating, electricity, wifi) ~ £90 pp in winters, ~£50 pp in summers
- Lease is a Joint Tenancy

Current flatmates -
- 1 PhD student who spends his free time going to dance class, pub quizzes or swimming
- 2nd PhD student who spends her free time going to quizzes, painting or sciencing

The vibe of the household is very open and friendly, and we'd prefer to keep it that way. There's friendly banter but never any drama, and we don't hesitate to speak up when something needs to be done. You don't have to socialise if you don't want to, but we'd prefer someone who fits in with us.
