We have a flatmate moving out and we’re looking for a lovely replacement (professional females preferred, please!)

It’s a beautiful top floor flat that is super homey and loved by us.

The room is the smallest of the 5 but it is the warmest in the winter! It comes with a large desk + chair, chest of drawers, closet, double bed, a comfy armchair, and a large remote-controlled skylight with a black out blind.

The landlord is fantastic, respectful, and caters very quickly to any problems we have in the flat.

In terms of the current flatmates, you’d be living with myself, Emma, Anna, and Izzy. We’re all super down to earth and excited to meet our new flatmate! We love quiet movie nights in and rowdy nights out. It’s a 5 bed flat and we’re all good friends who met through SpareRoom.

Our flat has everything you could need. It’s in a super quiet area five minutes from the meadows and our neighbours are all lovely. We have a communal garden too which is a blessing in the summer. We’re right next to a Sainsbury’s, Margiotta’s, and plenty of coffee shops.

The bedroom is available from 1st Oct and is £600pcm plus bills (gas, elec, WiFi, CT, water etc around £80pcm depending on the season).
