Marchmont Room Available

A peaceful and spacious flat right on the Meadows - the bedroom overlooks our courtyard and is south facing.

The room is furnished - does not currently have a desk but there's room for one if you'd like to get one. There's also loads of storage (two box rooms, one of which is completely empty).

You'll be living with me, a professional from New York, and my dog :)

Cleanliness, respect, kindness are some values I'd hope to share with my flatmate. I'm quite a private person but would love to go on a hike or out to a pub a few times a month!

I'm at work a few days of the week, and do prefer it on the quieter side when i'm home. not a party flat, but do love having friends over for dinner occasionally.
