Double room in lovely 2 bed Marchmont Flat

Double room available in a lovely, bright two-bedroom flat in Marchmont.

I live here with my son, who stays with me every other week, so he is not here full-time.

I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate, and tidy to share the flat with. Ideally, I’d like to find someone interested in staying mid to long term, so a working professional would be preferred. However, I’d also consider a student if you’re planning to stay for a longer period.

The flat is right beside the Meadows, with great cafés and shops nearby, and just a 15-minute walk into town.
