2 Bedrooms available in spacious top floor flat

We have 2 bedrooms in our 5-bed Marchmont flat available. One is free from 1 July, and the other from 1 August, so please get in touch about either!

We are 3 students (2 at Edinburgh Uni - studying Philosophy+Politics and Law+International Relations - and 1 at Queen Margaret studying Drama), so we are looking for other students as well. The flat is a 10-minute walk from George Square, and opposite the bus stop to get to King's Buildings.

The flat is across 2 floors, with the kitchen, lounge, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, and the remaining 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. We have a walk-in pantry, dishwasher, 2 fridges, as well as a washer and dryer in the shower room. We are often in the communal living room, which has a TV.

Bills are around £60pm, which includes wifi, electricity and gas.

We are all 3rd and 4th year students, so looking for someone who is not going to be super loud, and cleanliness is a high priority as well - we have a chores rota to make sure the flat is a nice place to live in.
