Looking for a young professional, preferably male and similar age, to take over the tenancy long-term with a move in date of the 21st of July.

The current flatmates are a lovely bunch, 2 women and 1 man all aged 24-25. They have various hobbies from hiking and running to reading and journalling. In terms of the flat vibe, they like to do chill activities together such as a movie night or a flat dinner with former flatmates. They are also down for other fun group activities such as climbing, salsa-ing, or simply relaxing in the Meadows.

In terms of the flat, there is a shared garden, 1 bathroom, a massive living room and a kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a box room for bike storage/drying washing.
