2 Rooms Available in A Student Flat on the Meadows

Hi everyone!

We’re looking for two female students to take over two fully furnished rooms in our beautiful five-bedroom flat from September.

The flat is in an amazing location, right on The Meadows with stunning views overlooking the park, and is less than a 5-minute walk to the University of Edinburgh Main Library. It’s spacious, bright, and has a lovely, homely feel.

About the rooms:

* Large room: £800 per month

* Smaller room: £650 per month

* Bills aren’t included, but they’re generally very low as they’re split between five people.

A bit about us:

We’re Maddie, Carla and Phoebe, we are currently in our fourth year, all studying Biomedical Sciences at Edinburgh Uni. We’re all friendly, sociable, and love doing things together, whether that’s going for drinks, trying new restaurants, doing pilates, or exploring Edinburgh.
We’re looking for two friendly, tidy, and sociable female students who are looking for a welcoming flat for the next academic year.
