2 Double Rooms Available in Spacious Mixed Flat

Hello potential flat mate and friend!

We have two double rooms available in our lovely and spacious two-story Marchmont flat close to the meadows.

- Room 1 available from the 16th of July
- Room 2 available from the 7th of September

You'll be living with Karl, Hamish and Laura. We work in a Cafe, a Pub and a Charity Shop respectively, so we're all social people with some creative interests including Film, Poetry, Music and Animation!

We have a large living room which is great for film nights with views to Marchmont road, plenty of kitchen space, a downstairs bathroom and a shower room upstairs. We also have a good relationship with our landlord who is always happy to help.

We're looking for two flat mates and hopefully two new friends who are open minded and can help make our flat feel more of a home. Please tell us a bit about yourself and hopefully we'll meet you soon!
