Sunny room available in Marchmont flat

Hello!

My flatmate is moving out so we’re looking for someone to takeover her room in our 2-bedroom flat.

The room is a bright, sunny room that comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror. The flat also benefits from a good sized bathroom and a shared living room.

The flat is conveniently located close to the university, and around a 20 minute walk into the city centre (or loads of buses nearby).
Since l am a student I don't pay council tax, so please be aware this would be your responsibility if you aren't a student. Bills come to around £60 pcm for high speed wifi, gas and electricity:)

A bit about me: I'm a postgraduate student in healthcare and i enjoy reading, going to the gym / going for walks and being creative. I love chilling with a good cup of tea and a show in the background (bonus points if you like gilmore girls. I particularly like a quiet and calm environment in the flat and am looking for someone else who is very chill, similar interests and happy to share cleaning responsibilities.
