Gorgeous 2 bedrooms in Marchmont flat

Hi!

We are looking for two new flatmates for our gorgeous light-filled three bedroom top floor flat in Marchmont. The flat is within easy walking distance to the shops and Princes Street, with pretty views and spacious rooms. We rent with a well-known letting agent.

Who were looking for:
- a working professional for council tax reasons.
- female in mid twenties.
- roughly same schedule - day jobs with free time on weekends and evenings, and a similar night schedule, recognising quiet time in the evenings.
- we had a great time together as flatmates and made our flat into a home. We are looking for those with similar interests and who want to be friends and spend time together, whether it’s chats after work, movie nights, going for picnics in the Meadows or going to the gym.
- are able and willing to stick to a cleaning rota, split bills, and keep the flat tidy.
- can start the contract on 1 October.
- are looking to rent for a year or longer.

Rent is £751 for the double room and £716 for the single room. Council tax is approx. £80 per person per month.

I am staying on in the flat and work in a corporate office job. I enjoy walks, reading, cafes, concerts, shopping, cinema, running, going to the gym and Pilates, day trips and exploring new places. Happy to socialise after work and on the weekends, but also respect privacy and downtime.
