Room 2 (£450/month): double bunk bed, single bed below (can be used as a sofa if you put cushions there), writing desk, shelf, wardrobe, bedside table with drawers. View on the communal garden (back of the building).
Shared living/dining room: sofa, dining table, cupboards.
Fridge/freezer in a boxroom.
Kitchen: oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, sink, cupboards.
Shared bathroom: shower cabin, WC, sink, mirror.
Corridor: mirror, boxrooms with vacuum cleaner and storage.
Gas heating and hot water.
WiFi.
Council tax is included in the rent. Bills (gas/electricity and internet) to be shared equally (divided by 3).
Cleaning (once every 2 weeks or more frequent if you prefer) to be paid by lodgers.
Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels can be provided for free if you wish. All kitchen utensils, pots, pans etc. are provided.
