We have a double room available in our large five-bedroom flat, located in a lovely area overlooking Bruntsfield Links.

The flat is bright and welcoming with a large hallway, comfortable living room, and spacious kitchen. The room comes fully furnished and is available for £660 per month, with additional bills including council tax averaging around £130 per month.

You'll be sharing with four friendly guys in a great location. The Meadows is on the doorstep, and the city centre within short walking distance. We enjoy a relaxed and sociable atmosphere, whether that's the occasional board game night, grabbing a drink, heading on an outdoor adventure, playing music together, or catching up in the kitchen after work. Saffy, the flat cat also comes as part of the deal!
