Cozy Double Room in Marchmont 🪴🌞

Hey!! The flat is on the 2nd floor, and has 3 double rooms, a large kitchen and utility, large living room, bathroom, and lots of storage space. We have access to a shared garden and are very close to the meadows and blackford hill. ⛰️

The room available (bedroom 3 on the floor plan) is a fully furnished double room with a wee desk and has a separate large wardrobe space directly opposite your room. ALSO!! the bathroom has just been re done as of 2 days ago so its lovely and fresh 🛀

A bit about us: Alice (25) I'm a research assistant at the university working in mental health. I enjoy running (very slowly!), swimming (particularly freezing in the sea) and just being outside in general. Big fan of a pub trip and a cozy movie night. I try and be creative but it never really works out or lasts very long 🙃🏃‍♀️

Esme (24)! I’ve been living in Edinburgh in our lovely flat since March after moving up here from Brighton to do an art residency at Edinburgh Printmakers. I’m an artist (most of the time!) and also work in retail part time to support my creative work! On my days off I am usually at a gallery or museum, or on a big walk in the green, and also love a pint in a cosy pub with friends (especially if they have live folk music!) I have a big love of constant cups of tea and I am currently trying to level up my knitting beyond wonky scarves🧣 🌿

What we are looking for: it is important to us to have warm and friendly atmosphere (looking for a friend not just a flatmate!) And also keep our shared spaces clean and tidy so we can all enjoy our lovely home 🏡 We are keen to find someone like-minded who loves catching up about our day in the evening over a cup of tea (or in Alices case anything but).
