En suite double room available for second semester

My spacious and comfortable en suite double room will be available from the second semester or earlier. The entry date is negotiable. Furnished room with single bed, desk, chair and armchair. Shared kitchen with all the appliances including washing machine. I also have a rice cooker. My son (25) is currently staying with me. I have a lovely friendly black cat. My flat is very conveniently located, approximately 20 minute walk to University of Edinburgh's Old Town Campus and 25 minute walk to King's Building Campus. The bus stop for No.9 to King's Building is within 10 minute walk. Edinburgh College of Art is also 20 minute walk. Napier University Merchiston Campus is 10 minute walk. All the major UK supermarkets are within easy walking distance. A very pleasant and quiet neighbourhood. I have been a live-in landlady for the past 2 years and enjoyed sharing my home with people from different backgrounds.
