Bright room in Marchmont flat

Hello :) I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmates tenancy beginning on the 1st if December. The flat is a bright 2 bedroom property on the top floor, with a shared living room and bathroom. It’s in very close proximity to the meadows and central campus making it a great wee location for getting to uni or going out locally.

Bills come to around £75 per month on top of the rent. Professionals would be required to pay the council tax independently as I am a student.

About me: I’m a fifth year student at UoE and I enjoy reading, running and anything arts/crafty. I have a busy uni schedule so sadly am not home as much as I’d like to be, but I’d love my future flatmate to be someone I can get along with and chat to when we’re both home. I like a calm environment in the flat, so would be looking for this in a future tenant too.
