Double en suite bedroom in shared house

We are a family with three sons looking to let out a double, en suite bedroom. We are very friendly and open, and are used to welcoming people from all over the world. You would also have your own space and could have as much privacy as you wanted.

There's a double bed, desk with chair, and large built-in wardrobe in the bedroom. The en suite has a toilet, sink, and shower.

The house is a newly built five-bedroom detached house. We have a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a dining room and living room that would be shared with the family. There's a double garage where you could keep a bike, and there's a private drive where you could park a car.

We are situated in a quiet area of Millerhill with lovely walks in Dalkeith Country Park, and easy access to lovely villages and beaches in East Lothian.

We are a 10-15 walk to the 33 bus stop, and the same distance to the Shawfair Railway Station.

We are close to Queen Margaret University.
