Double bedroom in Morningside Flat

Looking for a fourth flatmate to join our friendly flat fam in Morningside!

Our current flatmate is moving back down south, and their double bedroom will be available from 1st July.

A little bit about us:
Amanda and Katie work at a carbon reduction and fuel poverty charity and Gaby is a social worker. Amanda’s a huge philosophy and music lover, Katie is a plant momma who always has a creative project on the go and Gaby is an Aussie who loves taking trips to the sea and visiting highland coos. 🧡

More about the space:
The flat has a large open plan kitchen/dining room/living room, two bathrooms, a utility room (with washer and dryer) and new double glazing throughout. There’s also a decent sized communal garden at the back of the property. It’s super conveniently placed for shops, cafes, public transit (bus stop is right outside) and pretty much anything you could need.

Total costs including bills comes to a little just under £785 a month:
Rent £660
Council Tax Band E £59
Utilities £55 (we pay the same all year round)
WiFi approx. £9
There’s also a deposit of £625 (sent off to Safe Deposit Scotland)

We’re LGBTQ+ friendly and two of us are vegan/veggies. 🌈🌱 We’re also a sociable bunch who love to giggle over a cuppa, check out alllll of the charity shops and watch a variety of crappy-to-not-so tv shows, whilst also valuing our downtime (we ❤️ naps).
