Room In Morningside (Available from August 1st)

My bedroom (with a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space) is available from August 1st with a minimum stay of 6-months. This will be for someone (or a couple) to replace myself and my partners tenancy. The room and flat is furnished with lots of storage space, including a whole spare room for storage!

This is perfectly suitable for Edinburgh students or working professionals looking for a great starter flat and / or a way to move to Edinburgh affordably. The rent is £733.33 a month, bills not included, which is great for nearing central Edinburgh. The flat is in Morningside which has loads of pubs, cafes and supermarkets, a few lovely parks, and great public transport access to the city. If you're more of a walker, the city centre is just 25 mins away!

Beddings will be prepared and the room will be cleaned before your arrival.
The flat is a 3b1b, located next to Morningside Waitrose with direct links to the city centre, station, Leith, and universities. You’ll be sharing with two easy-going, respectful and sociable flatmates. Basic kitchen wares are provided. The room is fully furnished, the flat is on the second floor, gets a lot of natural light (as pictured), and there are two large storage rooms. It’s a very peaceful neighbourhood/area but still not far from the city centre, with lots of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby.

I’m in Edinburgh until June 30th, so I’m happy to meet for a chat/viewing if you’re interested, either in person or virtually!
