Couple Renting Morningside Room in August

Couple renting out a double room during the month of August in Morningside (5 minute walk to Bruntsfield).
Includes:
- Bedroom comes with a double bed, desk, floor lamp, shelf and wardrobe.
- Kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including a washing machine (machine door is gubbed but I'm working on it).
- Bathroom has a bath/shower.
- Living room is bright and large with a TV.
- Communal garden which is west facing and well looked after.
- Parking is permit holders only but there is free parking just up the road.
We are a couple in our 30s, we keep busy and enjoy cooking, hiking and socialising with friends.
We are looking for someone who keeps pretty clean and tidy and likes to spend time keeping busy and active. The flat is available from 3rd August – 31st August.
No couples or pets.
