Morningside Road room!

We are a friendly group of English/Chinese PhD students (computer science/psychology) and professionals (software development) looking for a new flatmate to take over this lovely, cosy room in the heart of Morningside.

Room available from the 18th September.
If you enjoy a quiet night in, cooking, puzzles, and films, this is the flat for you! Whilst work does keep us pretty busy, we love to share a meal and often watch a tv series together in the evening.

We are looking for someone in their
mid to late 20s, who prefers quiet nights, as we don't go out drinking. We are also looking preferably for a female flatmate to keep the balance in the flat, and someone who wants to stay here long term :)

The flat includes a shared kitchen/living room and a recently renovated bathroom with a large walk in shower. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the kitchen.

Morningside provides a perfect location near a variety of different shops, Waitrose, m&s, cafes, and importantly, direct bus routes (23, 16, 11, 5, etc) into the city centre, all quite literally on your doorstep.
30 mins walk to Haymarket station!

As we are a mix of professionals and PhD students we do pay £40 per person for council tax per month and are looking for someone who doesn't mind paying council tax. Bills usually estimate to £70 pm including WiFi. The flat stays pretty warm over the winter and gets good ventilation in the warm summer days.

On street permit parking available. Bikes
are stored safely in the close and the building is very family orientated.
