Room to rent in 3 person flatshare, Morningside

Hi there! We are looking for a long-term flatmate for a 3-Person flatshare in Morningside!

The room is available from the 20th of October 2026. The rent is £440 a month + approx £55 for council tax + £65 for utilities. There is a £440 deposit. It’s a big furnished double room, which you will have an individual lease for with our private landlord, who is responsive and easy to deal with. Looking for someone who is willing to share the council tax bill between the three of us.

In terms of accessibility, the flat is on the second floor of a building without a lift. It’s on a quiet street in a quiet building. There is a shared garden. Unfortunately, we're not allowed pets.

Monica (she/her) is a full time massage therapist, who works outside of the home and most weekends, with two days off during the week. She enjoys reading and yoga in her free time. She likes a good chat but also her alone time.

Paulie (they/them) works from home at the moment, enjoys quiet nights in and nature excursions, crafts, reading, and watching tv.

A clean and organised home is important to the both of us.
An ideal new flatmate would be a queer or queer-friendly and respectful person who's considerate about noise and reliable with keeping the place clean/tidy. Not a party flat! We're hoping to create a calm atmosphere in the flat, with a nice balance of connection and personal space.
