Double bedroom available Monday to Friday (or a couple of weeks a month) in a well presented second floor tenement building situated on a peaceful street in the desirable Morningside area. The location offers excellent local amenities and is a convenient distance from the city center (10 min bus ride) and surrounding areas.

The flat is bright and quiet, and has been decorated while maintaining the original features. The double bedroom has been recently refurbished and comes with bed/beddings, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small desk. The west-facing window provides plenty of natural light and a private view.

You‘ll have your own double bedroom and share kitchen, bathroom and living room with just myself. The shared living room offers sofa, armchair, dining table, the original fireplace and bay windows. The shared bathroom is the average size for an Edinburgh tenement building and has an electric shower with bathtub, sink and toilet.

I am an Italian/British male professional working in Biotech. A bit of a workaholic, in my free time I like to workout and cook. I am a tidy, clean and respectful person, and looking for a professional flatmate who is equally friendly and tidy, and with whom I can have a good chat, or simply share the space with.
