Room available in Morningside - £850pm for 9months

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a shared flat in Morningside, Edinburgh, as soon as possible.

The flat is a 2-bedroom flat and you’ll be living with one other University of Edinburgh student, Nevan. The flat is in a convenient location for getting around Edinburgh and has 1 bathroom, a washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, gas hobs, is fully furnished, and has many shops/cafes and transport links nearby.

I’m unfortunately having to move away from Edinburgh due to an unexpected change in my uni situation, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room. The replacement would need to go through the landlord/letting agent’s normal approval process.

I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful and considerate who would be easy to live with. Ideally someone who is reasonably tidy and happy to communicate around the flat, while also being respectful of each other’s space.

Nevan is a UoE student and is friendly and sociable, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable living with another student and having a relaxed, friendly flat environment.

The room is available until the end of May 2027, for £850 per month excluding bills.
