Morningside Longterm let from Mid-November

Hi! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our flat in Morningside from mid-November, as one of us is moving out.
The flat is a spacious four-bedroom flat spread over two levels on the third floor. The room available is a large, furnished double bedroom with a double bed, sofa and desk, as well as double-glazed windows. It’s on the lower level of the flat, where you’ll share a bathroom with just one other flatmate. The kitchen is also on this floor, with two further bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs.
You’ll be living with three University students. We all have fairly regular 9–5 schedules and are generally quiet, tidy and independent, so it’s a relaxed home where everyone has their own space.
The location is great for Edinburgh Uni’s King’s Buildings and Napier, with good bus connections to the city centre, Princes Street and Easter Bush.
Rent is £687 per month, plus approximately £40–50 for bills.
