My name is Cora, and I am looking for someone to take over my room in a lovely shared flat in Morningside. I’ve lived here since August 2025 and have absolutely loved my time, but I am sadly moving out as my UK visa is coming to an end.

The Flat & Room:

The property is on the first floor of a traditional Victorian building right in the heart of Morningside.
Your Room: A fully furnished double bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, a closet, a drawer chest, a nightstand, a desk/table, a standing mirror, and a coat rack.
Shared Spaces: A fully equipped kitchen/living room, a shared bathroom, plus a box room and an extra storage room for extra belongings!

Flatmates:

You will be sharing the flat with two professional females who have lived here even longer than I have.

Location:

Grocery Shops: Less than a 1-minute walk to Waitrose! M&S is also just around the corner.
Amenities: A local GP practice and a bus stop are both 1 minute away, offering quick, direct routes into the City Centre.
Neighbourhood: Morningside is one of Edinburgh’s best areas. It is packed with fantastic cafes, bakeries, charity shops, independent boutiques, and pharmacies right on your doorstep.

Rent & Bills:

Rent: £ 565.66 for my room
Bills: Split equally three ways among flatmates (comes to roughly £160 per person/month for tax/utilities/internet).
