Hello, I have a spare room to rent in my flat in Musselburgh. The flat has 2 bedrooms, large bay window living room, galley kitchen, office and garden. On street parking. I"m 5 minute walk from the train station, with train links to central Edinburgh in 7 mins, and links to East Lothian.
The room has an Ikea day bed in it that pulls out into a double. It's ridiculously comfy! I'll be putting in a rail for clothes and a dresser for storage also.
I work from home a lot, (researcher/ uni lecturer), so ideally you're out of the house during the working week. Also, I have a wee dog, she's 9 month old, so you'd have to be into dogs to some degree!
When I'm not working I'm out hiking, surfing, gym, swimming, camping etc. I’m pretty sociable, but also respectful of space as I definitely need my own!
Rent is £500, plus extra £125 for bills including G&E, broadband and Council Tax
