Double room to rent

I have a double room to rent in Whitecraig. There's cycling path between Whitecraig - Musselburgh - Dalkeith. There's bus connections to Edinburgh , East Lothian and Midlothian bus 140+141+113+124+44+26 etc.
Wallyford train station is 10 minutes drive away , Dalkeith 10 minutes drive away
The area is quiet with families, no parties
I work Monday - Friday Hybrid mode and will start studies soon so I will prefer a quiet and chilled flatmate ( of course happy to share a meal together occasionally or have a glass of wine , have a chat ).
No parties will be allowed unless we are celebrating Birthday or a special occasion etc. ( we will have to respect our neighbours as well ) 🙂
The flat is fully furnished and I also have shed for bike storage + back garden
There's gas central heating and new PVC double glazed windows in the flat ( all windows have been fitted in the past 4 years , the one in the spare bedroom was fitted in 2024 ).
The bathroom has been renovated in 2024.
The new bed has arrived , I just need to assemble it.
The mattress you see on the picture it's king size, the stuff from the built in cupboard will be cleared out ( plenty of storage room there ).
Parking will be possible as I have a private driveway.
I am considering rehoming a dog but not sure yet :)
