This is a short term let until mid- December ( potentially until April 2027).

By choosing my double room you will have :

King size comfortable bed , wardrobe, built in storage.
Cycle path nearby to reach Musselburgh train station and QMU and Dalkeith
Bus connections to Edinburgh and East Lothian bus 140, 141, 26, 44, 124, 3, 106
Within 10-15 minutes drive to Portobello , Dalkeith , Fort Kinnaird, Wallyford train station , 20 minutes drive from Royal Infirmary.
Private garden with shed and quiet area.
On site parking space ( also on street parking ).
Cheaper rent compared to the popular overcrowded areas of Edinburgh.
Quiet neighbourhood ( no student, no parties )
Fully furnished shared flat ( new bathroom , double galzed windows , new washing machine, gas heating).

Room available for full time working professionals ( working from home 1x or 2x / week acceptable ).

Room NOT available for couples
Pets not allowed
Students allowed as long they pay all 3 months in advance.

What will be required from you :

To respect me and my property ( it's my home ) , clean after yourself regularly ( your room, the living room, the bathroom , the kitchen ) , to pay the rent on time, to provide right to live in the UK, to provide good landlord references , to provide proof of income.

I work Monday - Friday mainly from home , I exercise in the gym 1x-2x / week , I enjoy a good movie , tv series ( Big Bang Theory , Friends , Vampire Diaries etc ). I enjoy a good concert , a day out in nature, a beach walk and outdoor activities.
