The flat is in a quiet area just a 2 minute walk from Musselburgh beach and near Fisherrow harbour. The bedroom and living room has an unobstructed park and seaview.

Communal block garden and flat shared shed for bikes etc. Small garden patch you can use if you’d like.
Shared spaces- kitchen, dining room, living room (with wood burning stove), large storage walk in cupboard, spare room and study (with seaview).

Kitchen has a large fridge/freezer and second standalone freezer. Washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and microwave.
