Hey! I'm a 30-year-old nurse and co-founder looking for a relaxed, easygoing person to share my flat with. I split my time between the hospital and building a business, so I'm generally pretty busy, you'll have plenty of space and peace to yourself!

About the room:
The room is fully furnished with a double bed and good storage space — though I'm totally open to you making it your own. It's a bright top-floor flat, which makes a real difference on those Scottish sunny days! We have a shared living room, a full bathroom (shower and bath), and a kitchen with space to cook. All bills are included in the rent, so no nasty surprises.

Availability & length of stay:
I'm flexible on move-in date and happy to discuss short or longer term — can chat when we meet and figure out what works for both of us.

About the location:
Musselburgh is a great spot, well connected with regular bus routes into Edinburgh (20 minutes bus), a 5-minute stroll to the beach, and about a 20-minute walk to Portobello. Coastal living without the city-centre price tag.

What I'm looking for:
