I'm looking for a student to take over my room in Queen Margaret University student accomodation. The room is on campus- really convenient for QMU students, with Musselburgh train station right beside the university, so very easy transport links into Edinburgh City.
It's a private en-suite bedroom with a shared kitchen/living area. The flat currently has postgraduate students.
Rent is £151 per week (approx £654 per month). The room is available ASAP and the accomodation contract runs until May 2027.
This would be an official replacement tenant through QMU accomodation: not a private sublet.
