Shared kitchen and sitting room with 1 current housemate (male professional, 27)(but also potentially a 3rd short stay lodger)

There is no outdoor space.

Fully furnished.

All bills are included.

This is a semi self contained flat on the top floor of my B&B (1st floor) which is very quiet over the winter.

On-street parking is free & unrestricted. Bus 124/113/106 stop is outside the house to city centre (40 mins), RIE, QMU, Tranent and East Lothian.

It is a 10 min walk to the sea & into Musselburgh High Street (bus 26 /44). 5 min drive to Wallyford Rail Station.

Rent is £200 per week. Shorter stays may be negotiated @ £250 per week (min 1 month)

Working from Home - to cover the cost of the extra gas & electricity used, there will be an added daily/weekly charge (to be negotiated)
